Are delivery services available?
Sorry, we don't provide delivery services for now, as we want to encourage our customers to get their bags from the restaurant itself and let us become a reason for your next outing.
Can I pick up the order before the collection time?
You can pick up the bag only at the specified collection time. This helps us to maintain order and ensure that your food is fresh during your collection.
How can we refund our orders?
There is a refund page on our application from which you can lodge a refund request, which, once approved, will be processed within 24 hours.
How can I avoid having items I am allergic to?
Even though our concept is based on mystery bags, we strongly recommend you inform the restaurant about your allergies through a phone call to avoid any allergic items.
Can we cancel our reservation once it's made?
Sorry, but we don't provide cancellation rights, as restaurants have already worked from their end to serve you with the bags, and cancelling will lead to food wastage.
Can I pay for my order at the time of collection?
No, you cannot reserve your orders while paying at the time of collection, because as the concept of our venture is to save food, and whilst having a limited supply, we want our customers to be responsible for every reservation they make.
